EDUCAUSE and Mobile Strategies for Higher Education

EDUCAUSEThe EDUCAUSE Annual Conference begins this week in Philadelphia, and as one of the largest gatherings of higher education IT professionals in the world, it will be an occasion for the professionals who power the academic world to discuss their IT strategies going into 2018. Sessions at EDUCAUSE will include important conversations about how these strategies will impact and enable information security, student success, and the digital transformation of learning.

Mobile technology will be a popular topic of discussion at this year’s conference, with sessions such as “Increasing Student Engagement with a Mobile-First Strategy” presented by Butler University and “Students’ Mobile Learning Practices in Higher Ed: A Multiyear Study presented by the University of Central Florida. This will be an excellent opportunity to learn about the effect of mobile strategies on higher education outcomes based on actual, up-to-date university trials.

Our campusM team is thrilled at the opportunity to share the impact of our mobile platform on student engagement with conference attendees throughout the event. You can engage with campusM at EDUCAUSE by visiting us at booth #538 in the expo hall. In fact, there will be four chances to win a $200 gift card from Ex Libris during EDUCAUSE by either scheduling a booth demo with us ahead of time, downloading the campusM app and finding us at the booth, or tweeting at us with the #EDU17 hashtag during the event.
